The U.S. Senate today voted unanimously to confirm the nomination of J. Christopher Giancarlo as Chairman for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. In addition, Brian D. Quintenz and Rostin Behnam were unanimously confirmed as Commissioners.
